Scoring runs against the published reference set by default, which is exactly what the paper and the toxpred package use. Contributed data are kept as a separate set, and a visitor can choose to include them. Nothing contributed changes a published number.

What another compound is worth
Measured, not asserted. Growing the voting reference set from 127 to 5,953 compounds moved the share of compounds answered for from 3.3% to 46.5%, while accuracy stayed between 85.4% and 92.1%. A larger consortium does not make a call better; it makes more calls possible.
